Dr. Agarwal has been creating healthy smiles for more than 30 years. After earning his dental degree from King George's Medical School in India, he went on to complete a residency in prosthodontics at Northwestern University, where he taught for 21 years. Dr. Agarwal has earned both Fellowship and Diplomate status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, as well as Fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry and the American College of Osseointegration. He lectures nationally and internationally on implants and other adult reconstruction topics.
Dr. Agarwal finds it most gratifying and joyous to see a patient's self-esteem and confident smile return after the successful completion of a restorative procedure. With a strong commitment to their profession and the public, Dr. Agarwal and his team have been providing dental care to the working poor, underserved, and uninsured populations in Chicago. He has donated an office building and fully equipped practice to charity for this specific purpose.
Rahul Prakash, DDS
General and Family DentistDr. Prakash received his dental degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry after graduating from Manipal College of Dentistry in India, where he also worked as faculty. When he had an opportunity to observe dentistry in the USA during his Advanced Education in General Dentistry program, he decided to pursue his DDS. He practiced in Iowa and Chicago's suburbs prior to making Winterset Dental Care his home.
Dr. Prakash strongly believes that in health care, a compromise in quality of work and service to the patient cannot be an option. As a result, he always strives to seek that perfection and learn from his patients to provide the most comfortable experience. In his free time, he plays classical guitar and invests in his recently discovered love of running. Dr. Prakash also serves in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Dr. Cummings has a dental degree from Howard University College of Dentistry and a Certificate of Residency from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He has had his research published in the Journal of Periodontology.

Dr. Stec is a graduate of Marquette University and Marquette University School of Dentistry. He interned at Rush Presbyterian Medical Center in Chicago and completed his residency at Chicago's Northwestern Medical Center, in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program. Dr. Stec was an instructor for over 20 years at Northwestern, Rush, and Midwestern Universities. He is board-certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery by the American Board and State. He is a licensed surgeon in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Arizona.
Dr. Stec has been affiliated with Dr. Agarwal for over 30 years, beginning at Northwestern Medical Center in the field of facial reconstruction and implant dentistry.
